None of the information we collect through cookies can identify you as an individual. Everything is anonymous. We do not use advertisements or other ‘advertising cookies’ on our website. The statement provides information about data processing carried out by S. AGENTURER AS and defines the purpose and means of processing, as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
The Personal Data Act imposes requirements on the processing of personal data that we are obliged to follow. We adhere to rules for processing personal data. You can find more information about this at www.lovdata.no.
Storage and deletion
If you leave a comment, the comment and information about the comment will be stored indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize follow-up comments and approve them automatically instead of placing them in a queue where they must be manually approved by an editor.
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was created for will be deleted from our systems. As a customer, you have the right to access the information stored about you. If you wish to access, correct, or delete personal information, please contact us. You can request that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
We also use services provided by third parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors and the information that can be stored.
We use WordPress.org (WP) as a CRM. If you leave a comment on our blog, cookies are stored via WP. These cookies expire after one year. When visitors leave comments on the site, the information entered in the comment form is stored, along with the visitor’s IP address and the visitor’s web browser version. This is done to help prevent spam comments.
We use Mailchimp for sending our newsletter. Information such as email address, IP address, and timestamp associated with the registered user is stored. More information can be found here.
